We provide full software support 09:00 to 17:00 Monday to Friday on our main number. When you call our support centre, a person will answer as opposed to the usual automated system offering a multitude of options. With an ibex Systems Contract you also get on-line access to our extensive award winning range of ‘How to’ articles.
