The client had developed their own in-house maintenance system to generate job sheets, schedule engineers and automatically bill the client at the end of the month.
Reasons to change
- Their Sage 50 could not provide them with the individual job profitability they needed.
- There was a lot of duplication with the maintenance of spreadsheets for CIS processing and job reporting.
We introduced Sage 50 Construction with our own ibex Reporting Module and also set-up import routines for purchase orders, purchase and sales invoices to avoid duplication of entry.
